Tips Diet For MySeLf

Mood 2011 : Memang nak diet smpai berat stabil blik 45kg . . :)

Cara2 : Makan nasi seminggu sekali jew, then lebihkan pd buah2 and syuran..

Eating time : Makan lebih sket time siang and tghari...So mlm xpyh nk mkn lg . . :)


Red Tomato mmg sesuai utk diet..nie la aq mkn tiap2 mlm sbb bole kenyang . . :)

Air nie plak aq minum time pagi...Kdg2 kt office pon aq mnum...Hehe..


Lg satu, buah epal sure bole knyg taw mkn mlm2..Biasanya aq mkn letak kicap n gula sket..Sedap..:)

Hopefully sgt2 diet aq makin m'jd n berat bole stabil blik...Hehe..

simple diet...mkn oat...hehehe..

aprt yg mkn nasi seminggu sekali tu ta ok since u keje...u need rice moorrreee...
but in small quantity likes 4 spoon per day. small but energizing...if not change it to 3 spoon of oat...better that way...

jgn mkn lebey sket mase siang...makan mcm biase je...sbb bile mkn lebey nti perut kite akn expand...yg tu la penyebab buncit... :))

moreover...jgn smpi u kurang glucose dlm bdn...

actually kene jogging bru la ok kot..
setakat nak krgkan mkn2 nie tkot x jalan kan..
